    The Solid Surface Department is in high demand and is in need of expansion. We are looking to immediately hire an Solid Surface Fabricator.

  • We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a precision-driven environment and enjoys working on diverse, custom millwork projects. You will play a key role in producing high-quality components that meet exact specifications and elevate our finished products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce custom millwork components

    • Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD/CAM files, and work orders

    • Load materials, set tooling, and adjust machine settings as required

    • Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances

    • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report maintenance needs

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

    • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience operating CNC machines (woodworking or millwork preferred)

    • Strong understanding of CNC tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials

    • Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately

    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Production Associate to support our manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This role is essential to the production of high-quality custom cabinetry, working with a team to fabricate, assemble, and prepare components according to specifications.

    Shift Schedule:

    • Tuesday to Thursday (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM)

    • Friday (1:30 PM – 11:30 PM)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Produce and assemble cabinet components according to shop drawings and production orders

    • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

    • Assist with cabinet assembly, sanding, hardware installation, and preparation for finishing

    • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

    • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

    • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

    Qualifications

    • Experience in cabinet production, woodworking, or millwork preferred

    • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and measurements

    • Strong attention to detail and quality

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Dependable and punctual, especially for 2nd shift hours
