We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a precision-driven environment and enjoys working on diverse, custom millwork projects. You will play a key role in producing high-quality components that meet exact specifications and elevate our finished products.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce custom millwork components
Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD/CAM files, and work orders
Load materials, set tooling, and adjust machine settings as required
Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report maintenance needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
Proven experience operating CNC machines (woodworking or millwork preferred)
Strong understanding of CNC tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Production Associate to support our manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This role is essential to the production of high-quality custom cabinetry, working with a team to fabricate, assemble, and prepare components according to specifications.
Shift Schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM)
Friday (1:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Produce and assemble cabinet components according to shop drawings and production orders
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Assist with cabinet assembly, sanding, hardware installation, and preparation for finishing
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
Experience in cabinet production, woodworking, or millwork preferred
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and measurements
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable and punctual, especially for 2nd shift hours
Good communication and problem-solving skills
