From Basement Startup to State of the Art Manufacturing Facility
Founded in 1994 by Tony Aubin, Aubin Woodworking, Inc. began as a small millwork and casework installation company operating from Tony's basement. Through his installation work, Tony recognized an opportunity to manufacture products that met or exceeded the quality of those being installed in the field. As demand for his craftsmanship grew, the business quickly outgrew its modest beginnings and relocated to its first dedicated facility, a 1,500-square-foot shop staffed by two full-time employees and equipped with essential woodworking machinery.
Over the past three decades, Aubin Woodworking has evolved into one of New England's premier architectural millwork manufacturers. Today, the company operates from a 33,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility featuring advanced CNC technology, automated production equipment, precision panel processing systems, professional finishing capabilities, and solid surface fabrication. Continuous investment in technology, people, and processes has allowed the company to deliver exceptional quality and service while adapting to the ever-changing needs of the millwork industry.
A significant milestone in the company's growth came when Randy Wasylak joined the organization as Tony's business partner. Lifelong friends since their days at the University of New Hampshire, Tony and Randy share a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Randy, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, oversees sales and finance, while Tony, with degrees in Applied Business Management and Civil Technology, leads engineering and manufacturing operations.
Today, Aubin Woodworking proudly serves clients throughout New England and beyond, providing custom architectural millwork solutions for a wide range of commercial, institutional, and specialty projects. As the company celebrates more than 30 years in business, its commitment remains unchanged: delivering exceptional craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and outstanding customer service on every project.
