From Basement Startup to State of the Art Manufacturing Facility

Aubin Woodworking, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Tony Aubin as a millwork and casework installation company operating out of his basement. Before long, Tony realized he could build products equal to—or better than—those he was installing. As demand grew, the basement space quickly became inadequate, and the company moved into its first professional facility: a 1,500-square-foot shop equipped with a cabinet saw, power hand tools, and two full-time employees.

Today, Aubin Woodworking has grown into a 27,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility featuring advanced equipment, including a CNC router, CNC bore and dowel inserter, vertical panel saws, sliding table saw, four cabinet saws, an edgebander, a wide belt sander, a walk-in spray booth with professional spray equipment, and solid-surface fabrication capabilities. Now celebrating its 30th year in business, the company continues to expand and evolve.

In 2002, Randy Wasylak joined Tony as a partner to help further develop the business. The two have been close friends since attending the University of New Hampshire. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, while Tony earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Business Management and Civil Technology. Today, Randy oversees sales and finance, and Tony leads engineering and manufacturing.
